We offer a 1 time free staging consultation/walkthrough where we will recommend adapting your current home to enable it to look it’s very best for photos/video and most importantly showings! We’ll use our expertise to guide you through which projects to tackle and whether some simple updates might be needed to make your home that much more attractive to buyers.

We all know the importance of 3rd party websites in real estate transactions. We ensure that your home is listed and presented beautifully to a wide national audience (Zillow, Realtor.com, Listhub, etc.)
We will always give you the option for us to host an open house where we give potential buyers and other agents the opportunity to drop in (Usually on Sunday after the house is listed at 2-4pm) to come and experience your home and ask us any questions they may have.
We manage the process of you showing your home using a system called ShowingTime. We can customize it to suit your needs and you can have the option to accept or decline showings as they are booked by text message. We will set this up for you, you will just be required to be available to respond to agents as requests are made.
Like any other Real Estate Group we require you to sign a listing agreement with us. We usually recommend that it is for a 180 day commitment — depending on the market.
We also desire for all our clients to go into the agreement knowing that our expectation is for you to communicate well with us. We put a high value on good communication and think it is a key ingredient in managing a smooth home selling experience and real estate transaction.
